GPG13 Compliance using Splunk

GPG13 stands for Good Practice Guide number 13 and was produced by CESG, who are the UK Government's National Technical Authority for Information Assurance (formerly Communications-Electronics Security Group). GPG13 is a guide on Protective Monitoring and was produced as part of Her Majesty's Government’s (HMG) Information Assurance (IA) initiative to provide processes that enable the overseeing of how systems are being used (or potentially abused) and to track and alert on "who" is doing "what" within HMG Information & Communication Technology (ICT) systems.
